Describe your contributions to and achievements in family planning.

Being a provider of family planing i reach out 12 women in every week and 4 young people per week.
Other of my big achievement in in family planing was to advocates of family planning to women and a young people in Mbeya.
more than 25000 people were reached with information on SRHRI trained more than 20 youths with different talent to become advocates family planing and SRHR champions.
I reach out more than 12 school in Mbeya to provide awareness on access of SRHR services especially family planning.I created the relationship between youth care provider and youths of the respective district hospitals in Mbeya.

What sparked your passion for family planning?

My passion sparked when in college providing sexual education to young people.From that i come across the challenges that young people and women faced dung assessing family planing. I become the family planing provider since i was a clinical officer by professional. That also didint acomplbecause not every young people come for services.
Now my work on advocacy is to see access of family planning to young people and women in broad way. I am working within young and women so t

Give one or two examples of how you display leadership in your family planning work.:

As the CEO of the young and alive initiative and youth-led organization i look for the vision of the organization making sure everyone of us is participating in growth of the organization.
example in school visiting i provide free of choice of some volunteers regarding their talents to participate, and one executive team member to join them. I don't cross work there duties but also i listened to their opinions and after visit we evaluate them to build their leadership and working skills..

If you are named a winner of 120 under 40, how will you use this new platform and the $1000 grant to advance your work? :

I will do the specific advocacy work in family planing challenges to youths and women.
I will advocate for budget allocation, availability and access of family planning in rural of southern Part of Tanzania.I am aware of less political will to family planing Tanzania ,but only people can change the will to family planning
I will directly involve youths, women and community to participation in dialogues and sensitization.
I will involve Media as center of spearing information.
