What sparked your passion for family planning?

Family Planning Saves Women's lives ! Is what sparked my interest.
family planning is one of key preventative strategies and everytime we invest in it the results are rewarding.
It gives women #confidence
#Acces to healthcare

everytime we spend time educating on different family planning options we decrease maternal and child mortality.

Give one or two examples of how you display leadership in your family planning work.:

I'm PASSIONATE about transferring skills knowledge and my time .
i make myself as AVAILABLE and ACCESSIBLE as possible
As a leader I believe in training others so that what I have is not my own but has a ripple effect .

Becoming part of a TEAM-PLAYER is crucial
The work is emense , so I work as part of the district specialist team.
I also collaborate and network with my mentors so that my knowledge and skill are constantly growing

Why: educate about puberty in a simple ,non- threatening ,culture appropriate and celebratory manner
Preparing them for the change physical,emotional,psychological ahead
