Faith is the founder of the PadGirls initiative where she mobilise sanitary ware for vulnerable adolescents girls and young women. She is a gender activist whodies demand generation for female condoms as a family planning and HIV prevention strategy. – Nominator
If you are named a winner of 120 under 40, how will you use this new platform and the $1000 grant to advance your work? :

I would want to spearhead the commemoration of the Global Female Condom Day which is held on the 16th of September every year together with other partners in Zimbabwe

I would target mostly the young girls selling sex(Commercial sex workers),People living with HIV and community at large.
It will be a demand creation strategy so that women and men will use female condoms as a family planning method.Research has shown that all other family planning are being utilised except Female condoms.
