Describe your contributions to and achievements in family planning.

I am a young ambassador for family planning both in my country and sub ​​regional level .I coordinated several activities as a responsible program of our AGD association, namely series of sensitization to women cooperative breasts ; is to do a mapping of bidders health centers FP services at the municipality of ELMINA to find data on the accessibility and availability.aunt in presidente Young Ambassadors of family planning of my country and regional coordinator of the Youth Ambassadors of West Africa :I coordinated between young chats sessions at high schools on the thematic FP and HIV and many other activities that fall within the annual action plan . at the sub-region I participate in the companion " valentine without unwanted pregnancies " on social networks including Twitter

What sparked your passion for family planning?

Already in high school all my presentations were geared toward female genital mutilation , and unknowingly I had accumulated a lot of information on reproductive health . my first year at university I was also a volunteer with the AGD association or I have a lot on family planning which I had no information before. I finally know what really is the solution to many diseases and situations they face . so I started to work in this field since 2012

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your family planning efforts, and what have you done to overcome it?

my biggest challenge I encounter all the time is to talk about sexual health in older people just knowing that it's very taboo especially in the eyes of culture. but I always manage to overcome it through my communication and make the climent less tense . I noticed they each manage to exceed this cultural blockade and to ask questions in public. some religious arguments unfounded so I always eclaicis with certified religious texts

What is your (country/region/city)’s biggest challenge in family planning, and how can it be addressed?

my country Mauritania in the region of West Africa and member of the Arab Maghreb , our biggest challenges are socio-cultural obstacles and the accesibility of contraceptives to young people. So to deal always and still raising awareness for the creation of the application and a plea for accessibility for young people

What do you want to accomplish in the next 5 years?

I want to broaden my fight for FP focusing in the most remote areas of my country that are dice once inaccessible because there is no pratiquables roads. I want to put in place through our association of young embassies relay in all regions of Mauritania for better access to information. Many work for contraceptive access for young people and the establishment of youth centers such as those of Benin with centers " love and life "
