Describe your contributions to and achievements in family planning.

I have been working in the field of family planning with MSS to control overpopulation within the country. I am more focusing to provide good quality of Family Planning services in Rural areas . I have conducted lady health workers meetings, community field meeting to bring more awareness regarding FP in poor community specially. I assure the best quality of services given to clients by provider on their own choice.Training the provider and field workers on updated FP knowledge and how to deliver it safely .

What sparked your passion for family planning?

Rising population is one of the main cause of poverty. I grew up in a community where people believes that use of contraceptives causes Infertility ,children disability and Cancer. Women had no choice in determining the number of children they should have just because of lack of information ,misconception and access to contraceptives. My only motive to make them aware about contraception and its importance in healthy life .

Give one or two examples of how you display leadership in your family planning work.:

1- I led the team of QTA which secured 94% in Quarterly Technical Assessment conducted by Marie Stopes International for USAID project.
2- Led the team in various field visits in order to enable access to communities who doesn't even know what Family Planning and Contraception is all about. Those areas of visit were particularly vulnerable and usually been marked as high risk areas when it comes to life.

If you are named a winner of 120 under 40, how will you use this new platform and the $1000 grant to advance your work? :

This platform will be used in order to connect with those potential partners whether in the country or outside which can enhance the degree of the improvisation and reach of the FP program. The grant will further be invested in training of the young individuals who can by themselves bring changes in their community.
